As Dingin Psychological Counselling Services Ltd. ("Dingin") we take the utmost care in protecting special-category personal data. This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data processed
Your identity and contact details, booking records, payment details and the health and psychological information you share during sessions (special-category personal data) are processed. Your answers to self-assessment tests are not saved on the site; you only see the result on screen.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to provide the psychological counselling service, run booking and invoicing processes and meet legal obligations. Health data is processed only with your explicit consent and to the extent required by the service.
Transfer and retention
Your data is not transferred to third parties except where legally required (such as a court order). Licensed payment institutions are used for payment and an encrypted video call provider is used for online sessions, as data processors. Records are kept for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation and then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (requesting information, correction, deletion, objection) by applying in writing to randevu@dingin.com.tr.
