Individual work based on cognitive-behavioural and schema therapy for anxiety, depression, self-esteem and life transitions.
2,400 TRY per session
Individual psychotherapy sets up a regular, safe conversation space between you and your therapist. The aim is to notice the thought, feeling and behaviour patterns that trouble you and to develop concrete skills to change them. Sessions last 50 minutes and are mostly weekly.
What do we work on?
- Generalised anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety and phobias
- Low mood, loss of motivation and sleep problems
- Self-esteem, perfectionism and difficulty setting boundaries
- Grief, separation, job change and other life transitions
How does the process work?
In the first 1–2 sessions we listen to your story and set goals together. An evidence-based approach is then chosen: cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) focuses on thought patterns, while schema therapy focuses on patterns rooted in childhood. Short-term anxiety work usually takes 12–20 sessions; working on deeper patterns may take longer.
Therapy is not medical treatment; if a medication assessment is needed, we refer you to a psychiatrist.
