Do both partners have to attend couple therapy?
Ideally both attend, but one person can start. In that case the process runs as relationship-focused individual counselling.
Can the online package be used from abroad?
Yes; but because of the legislation of the country you are in, only counselling can be provided, not psychotherapy or clinical diagnosis.
Are there parenting packages?
The child and adolescent package covers the child's sessions and parent meetings together.
